SpringPoint Technologies, a technology staffing and IT services provider, and Peak UpTime, a mid-sized IT solutions provider, today announced Peak UpTime has purchased SpringPoint’s application development division. The sale follows the retirement of SpringPoint’s founder, Roger Short, and will provide an opportunity to expand the firm’s staffing and managed services divisions.
